A Note from the Chairman

Let me start by saying that our AGM meeting had a fantastic turnout. Without our members the club would be nothing so thank you all for your continued support. As many of you are aware last year’s committee members are continuing in their respective positions. Please remember that we are all volunteers and always do our best to run the club as smoothly as possible.

We recently moved from The Harrow to The Moss Bank and I’m pleased to report that our first meeting there last month was a great success. Thank you to everyone who attended.

I would also like to propose that the club supports Prostate Cancer with either a charity event or a collection. I’m sure everyone would agree this is a very worthy cause.

I hope everyone has another great month.

Regards,

Carl - Club Chairman

Last Month’s Highlights

Phoenix at The Moss Bank Hotel -

Our second meeting at The Moss Bank Hotel was well attended, despite the terrible weather. Roll on Spring!

Phoenix at Manor Park Classics -

Manor Park Classic’s auction viewing days are always popular with our members. With several Manor Park staff also in the club, it’s a good chance to catch up and have a proper look over the cars coming up for auction. Quite a few of our members have bought and sold vehicles through Manor Park too.

Phoenix at The Black Swan -

Our first Sunday meeting of the year at The Black Swan was extremely well attended, attracting many new people and cars we haven't seen before. 57 vehicles including a trio of modern supercars joined us.

Phoenix at The Manor Farm -

Our meeting at The Manor Farm was busy for the time of year. Highlights included a rare Daewoo Leganza and an even rarer Standard V8, apparently the only one left on the roads in this country.

Phoenix at The Castle at Halton -

A packed pub and packed parking. From camper vans to Cortinas and a McLaren to a Morris, we had a great variety of machinery join us.
